Hi! I am a licensed mental health counselor with a doctorate degree in child and adolescent clinical psychology. I began my career over 23 years ago working with children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral disorders, specializing in DSH behaviors, trauma, substance use disorders as well as co-occurring disorders. I utilize CBT, CT, DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, art and play therapies. I have a passion for helping others and providing mental health services to meet the challenges children, teens and young adults face today.
My approach will be tailored to your needs. You will be provided a safe and warm space to help you heal and grow in a judgment-free zone.
